Booking

How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 24 hours in advance, ideally 2–3 days. Same-day bookings are not available — I need time to confirm the group size, prepare, and coordinate meeting logistics. For private tours during busy seasons (December–April, Art Basel week), booking a week ahead is strongly recommended.

Payment

How do I pay? Is a deposit required?
After your booking is confirmed, I'll send you a Square payment link via email. You can pay the full amount or a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The balance is due before the tour starts. For group tours of 4 or fewer people, cash on arrival is also accepted — just mention this in the booking notes.

Cancellation

What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before the tour. 50% refund for cancellations between 24–48 hours. No refund for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows. If I need to cancel due to severe weather or an emergency, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no cost.

On the tour

What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable walking shoes are essential — we cover 2–3 miles on foot over 2.5 hours. Miami is sunny and hot most of the year, so bring sunscreen, a hat, and water. Tours run in light rain (we walk under awnings) but are rescheduled in thunderstorms. There are no restroom stops on the tour route, so plan accordingly before we meet.
Are the tours available in Spanish?
Yes — all three tours are offered in English and Spanish, or a bilingual mix if your group speaks both. I'm a fluent Spanish speaker (it's my first language). Just let me know your preference when booking.

Accessibility

Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
The Soul of Miami (South Beach) and Mix of Latin Cultures (Little Havana) routes are mostly flat and can be adapted for wheelchairs or mobility aids with advance notice. The Wynwood art tour has some uneven surfaces near older buildings. Please contact me before booking so we can plan the best route for your group.
