1. Acceptance of terms
By booking a tour with Miami History Tours, you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not make a booking.
2. Description of service
Miami History Tours provides small-group guided walking tours through Miami neighborhoods. Tours are conducted by a bilingual local guide. Duration, meeting point, and price are listed on each tour page.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Payment is processed via Square Checkout Links. For groups of 4 or fewer, cash on arrival is accepted.

5. Liability
Tours involve outdoor physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Miami History Tours is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in a tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose conduct is harmful to the group or to neighborhood residents and businesses. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Miami History Tours. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
