Cancellations by you

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Private tours
Private tours require at least 72 hours notice for a full refund.
Cancellations by the guide
If I cancel due to severe weather, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, you receive a full refund or may reschedule at no cost.
Weather
Tours run in light rain. In case of thunderstorms or severe rain, the tour is rescheduled at no charge. I make this call on the day of the tour and notify you via WhatsApp or email.
